The initial contract term is three years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms.

The pricing structure includes a fixed price for the initial creation and design of the mobile application, which includes the first year of hosting, maintenance, and support, as well as up to 80 hours of modifications and enhancements. Subsequent years will have separate pricing for hosting, maintenance, and support, as well as a billable hourly rate for any modifications or enhancements beyond the initial 80 hours. The OAG will evaluate proposals based on a combination of technical and price criteria, with the contract being awarded to the most advantageous proposal.
