About this file

This document is a Disqualification Disclosure form required by California Public Contract Code (PCC) §10162, associated with the Rose Bowl Operating Company's (RBOC) Request for Proposals for Brookside Golf Course Maintenance Equipment. The form is a mandatory questionnaire requiring bidders to disclose whether they, their officers, or employees with proprietary interest have ever been disqualified, removed, or prevented from bidding on or completing a federal, state, or local government project due to violations of law or safety regulations. Bidders must check either "Yes" or "No" and, if applicable, provide an explanation and attach supporting documentation.

The Disqualification Disclosure is part of a broader procurement process for a maintenance equipment contract for the Brookside Golf Club, a two 18-hole municipal golf course property spanning approximately 210 acres with 170 acres of maintained turf. The contract term is set for 48 months, commencing January 15, 2025, with potential month-to-month extensions at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer. As a Troon Property, the procurement will utilize Troon Properties Pricing, and the selected vendor will be responsible for providing specified maintenance equipment for daily staff use at the golf courses adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium.
