About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a Direct Measure NO2 Monitor. The RFQ specifies that the monitor must have U.S. EPA Equivalency approval, Cavity Attenuated Phase Shift (CAPS) technology, a selectable range of 0-1 ppm, and meet various other technical requirements. The RFQ requests quotes for the monitor, with the requested quantity and delivery time not specified. Quotes are due by June 17, 2019 at 8:00 AM CST. The winning responsible vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid for all products and services.
The RFQ outlines pricing terms, including that all quoted prices must be valid for 30 days, include shipping and handling, and that price increases will not be accepted. The RFQ also states that the agreement is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds, and the agency reserves the right to reject all offers, award by item or group, and waive minor defects. No information is provided about set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources and requirements.
