DFOP0017032 Recommended Templates.zip

This file is a recommended templates package related to solicitation DFOP0017032 for NGO programs supporting Afghan returnees, IDPs, and refugees. The templates package appears to contain standard forms and templates to support applications for a cooperative agreement opportunity from the Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration under the Overseas Refugee Assistance Program for South Asia (CFDA 19.523).

The associated opportunity seeks concept notes for humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan and Pakistan, focusing on sectors like education, health, livelihoods, protection, and WASH. For Afghanistan, projects must support vulnerable groups and include risk mitigation strategies for operating under Taliban governance. Pakistan-focused proposals should target Afghan refugees and vulnerable populations, emphasizing education, mental health, livelihoods and protection services. Organizations can apply as consortia of three or more members to undertake assistance activities beyond individual resources.
