About this file
This document appears to be a set of detailed specifications for food service trays and lids to be used by the NRC (National Research Council) Dietary and Stateville Dietary programs. The specifications outline the required quantities, dimensions, compartment sizes, and material properties for two types of trays - one for the NRC Dietary (3,000 trays and lids) and one for the Stateville Dietary (960 trays). Key requirements include clear or amber color, durability, stackability, microwave and dishwasher safety, and compliance with FDA food contact regulations.
The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, and other contractual details are not provided in this document. The document appears to be focused solely on the technical specifications for the required food service trays and lids.
