About this file

This is an addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Hemlock Public School District in Michigan for Design-Build Services related to an Hemlock Elementary School/ECC Expansion and Renovation project. Addendum #3, dated July 07, 2026, provides clarification on technology, data, and security consultant preferences for the project. The addendum addresses vendor selection criteria that prospective bidders should consider when developing their proposals and design-build approaches for the expansion and renovation work.

The addendum clarifies that MOSS is the school district's primary technology, data, and security consultant and vendor; however, the district explicitly remains open to evaluating and considering alternative consultants, vendors, and partnership opportunities that may provide enhanced support for technology, data management, and security needs. This flexibility allows design-build teams to propose solutions and partnerships that may better align with project requirements while accommodating the district's existing vendor relationships.
