About this file

This document announces a Request for Responses (RFR) from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) for its Marine and Inland Waters Oil Spill Prevention and Response Services Program (MIWOSPRS). The RFR seeks to pre-qualify multiple contractors to provide specialized environmental services in support of the MIWOSPRS, which implements state laws related to vessel traffic service and oil spill prevention and response. The detailed scope of services will be provided in the MIWOSPRS RFR, which will be posted on the COMMBUYS procurement platform. Bidders are responsible for monitoring COMMBUYS for any amendments to the announcement and the full RFR posting.

The RFR is for a state and local contract opportunity in Massachusetts. No other details about pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or contract term are provided in the announcement. Bidders are advised to review the complete RFR once posted on COMMBUYS for those specifics.
