About this file
This document is a Delivery Schedule for food service deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McDowell in the 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2025. The schedule outlines the delivery requirements, including delivery timeframes, temperature ranges for perishable and frozen items, and inspection and rejection procedures. Vendors who fail to meet the delivery schedule are subject to removal from future solicitations. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for 2nd quarter FY25 food bids, specifically for bread. Evaluations will be based on past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule, with greater emphasis on past performance and delivery schedule. Vendors must provide pricing based on the posted quantities, and a single vendor will be awarded the bread contract based on overall pricing and past practice.
