Knowledge transfer components require formal training development and delivery on reconciliation procedures and internal controls, with the contractor transitioning to a quality assurance role to validate AFSVC personnel proficiency in final phases. The contract concludes with a Draft Final Report and Training Materials due 30 business days before period of performance end, and a Final Deliverable Package due 10 business days after stakeholder concurrence.
