About this file
This is Amendment #04 to solicitation DCSC-25-RFP-015 for DC Courts Fire Alarm Inspections, Preventive Maintenance and Assessment services, issued by the District of Columbia Courts Administrative Services Division. The amendment updates the proposal submission deadline to January 10, 2025 by 1:00 PM EST, with Mr. Evans available in the Main Lobby from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the due date.
The amendment primarily addresses questions and answers regarding the scope of work, clarifying that fire doors and fire extinguishers are maintained under a separate contract. It also provides information about building points lists, including updates for 515 D St NW which is under renovation, and specifies that a 35-foot scissor lift will be required for accessing duct detectors. Additional technical information is provided in a new attachment labeled "Attachment Q." The amendment maintains all other original terms and conditions of the solicitation unchanged.
