The solicitation number is DCSC-25-IFB-115, with proposals due on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. The amendment includes a comprehensive Q&A section that clarifies several key points about the contract, including that snow removal is required only in specific areas highlighted on Attachment C (Judiciary Square map), and that certain previously mentioned requirements (such as preconstruction surveys, construction schedules, performance bonds, and warranty provisions) should be disregarded.
