The contract will provide secure network access to Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) repositories for multiple law enforcement agencies across the United States, its territories, Washington D.C., Canada, and potentially other relevant areas, in compliance with Federal Investigative Standards.

DCSA anticipates releasing the solicitation directly to Nlets in June 2025, with an award expected in July 2025 for a 12-month performance period. The contract falls under NAICS code 519290 "Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services" with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. Criminal, law enforcement, and public safety records must be provided in accordance with Federal Investigative Standards and 5 U.S. Code § 9101-Access to criminal history records for national security and other purposes.
