DCR Mens Cotton Polo Shirts - SPEC SHEET - Winter 2026.pdf

This is a specification sheet for men's cotton polo shirts requested by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), a Massachusetts state agency. The procurement specifies Blue Generation brand BG2201 Men's Cotton Pique Polo Shirts in Hunter Green with an embroidered white DCR logo on the front left chest. The total order comprises 307 shirts distributed across eight size categories ranging from Small to 5-XL. Delivery is required to three DCR regional headquarters locations: Boston Region Headquarters (135 shirts), Central Region Headquarters in Clinton (100 shirts), and West Region Headquarters in Pittsfield (72 shirts). The specification sheet details the precise quantity breakdown by size for each delivery location, with the largest single order being 95 Large shirts designated for the Boston region.

The specification sheet does not contain information regarding pricing terms, contract award dates, response deadlines, bidder's meetings, site visits, or renewal options. The document notes that DCR is implementing a new logo design for this winter 2026 uniform procurement. No incumbency status, funding sources, or set-aside provisions are identified in this specification sheet. The document functions primarily as a detailed product specification and delivery logistics guide for prospective vendors responding to the 2026 DCR Park Operations Winter Uniforms/Clothing/PPE contract opportunity.
