The DCR is seeking one or more vendors to provide snow and ice removal services, including equipment, tools, materials, fuel, and personnel, for its Quincy Shore Drive and William J. The Bidder Response Form requires bidders to provide details on their qualifications, capacity, equipment, experience, and pricing for the two specified routes. Bidders may bid on one or multiple routes, and the compensation will be based on a per-hour rate for each route. Bidders must indicate if they intend to utilize subcontractors and provide the required subcontractor information.
The pricing section of the Bidder Response Form outlines the per-hour rate structure for each route, and bidders are required to provide their quotes. DCR will not pay for any extras or emergency call prices. The document also provides maps of the two routes for bidders' reference. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing the full scope of snow and ice removal services as outlined in the Request for Quotes (RFQ) associated with this procurement.
