About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), Office of Domestic Violence, for the STOP: Domestic Violence Prosecution Training and Technical Assistance Project. The RFP seeks vendors to provide training and technical assistance on emerging issues related to the STOP grant purpose areas, with the goal of enhancing prosecution of Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) related crimes, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The addendum modifies the number of copies required for proposal submission and the electronic copy format. The solicitation is open to all interested organizations, with a response due date of November 16, 2022.

The contract opportunity is intended to serve the state of Florida, with specific focus on Leon County and Tampa City. The project is funded through the STOP Formula Grants program, which aims to improve and enhance responses to the targeted crime areas by law enforcement, prosecution, courts, and victim services. No additional details are provided regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding amounts or sources, or other salient information.

Vendors shall submit one original copy of their proposal. Electronic signatures are acceptable.
