About this file

This document is a Required Certifications form (PMT-58) for the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2425 055 for Child and Family Well-Being Personnel Training. The solicitation seeks a training provider to deliver comprehensive instructor-led training sessions across six Florida regions, including in-person, virtual, and online formats. The training will focus on soft skills such as time management, problem-solving, leadership, supervision, communication, and personal development. The response deadline is anticipated to be June 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with an expected contract start date of July 1, 2025, for a three-year contract period with potential renewal options.

The document requires vendors to complete a comprehensive certification form demonstrating compliance with various state statutory requirements, including confirming no conflicts of interest, no collusion, and verification of not being on state vendor exclusion lists. The procurement encourages participation from woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned business enterprises, offering optional tiebreaking certifications for such designations. The training will be processed through MyFloridaMarketPlace with a fixed-rate payment method and monthly invoicing, without advance payments. Vendors must submit previous training evaluations and potentially provide subcontractor details, with the department intending to award to the lowest responsive bidder based on meeting the specified training and compliance requirements.
