About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), Office of Licensing, for Business Operations Training for Child Care Professionals. The ITB seeks a vendor to provide 60 business operations training sessions (55 virtual, 5 in-person) across 5 topics: Start-up Process and Licensing, Budgets/Projections/Financial Reports, Business Challenges and Opportunities, Marketing for Child Care Programs, and Staff Recruitment. The addendum clarifies the training session requirements, updates the cost proposal template, and provides responses to written vendor inquiries. The contract term is not specified. DCF anticipates up to 300 child care providers may participate, with the goal of providing quality training to as many as possible within the available budget. The addendum indicates a preference for a single vendor to provide all training topics, but allows for multiple awards if no single vendor can meet the budget requirement. Pricing must be provided for each training topic and associated deliverables, with no pricing ranges accepted. DCF will make an award determination based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid.

Since DCF may award more than one vendor would there be any reason for a company to submit a quote for only a subset of the services requested in the ITB?
