DBE-N Annual SBPP Document Summary
This document is an annual Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP) related to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) compliance for the City of Phoenix's laboratory-grade steam sterilizer supply, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services contract. The procurement is a five-year agreement with no extension options, solicited through the City's Procurement Portal. The contract encompasses the supply and full-service support of laboratory-grade steam sterilization equipment, though the document does not specify item quantities, response dates, due dates for submissions, site visit requirements, or bidder conference details within the provided file content.
The SBPP document establishes participation goals and requirements for disadvantaged business enterprises as part of the City of Phoenix's commitment to inclusive procurement practices. This annual plan serves as a framework for monitoring and documenting DBE participation in contracts awarded by the city. The document appears to contain metrics, targets, and reporting mechanisms for tracking small business and disadvantaged business enterprise involvement, though specific funding amounts, pricing terms, incumbent information, and other financial details are not detailed in the file excerpt provided.
