About this file

This document is a Corporate Certificate form that must be completed to verify ownership and authority for property lease agreements with the General Services Administration. The form requires certification from a corporate official (other than the lease document signer) confirming that the person who signed the lease document had the authority to do so on behalf of the corporation and that the action was within the scope of corporate powers.

The form is associated with a solicitation (DACA175250001300) for leasing commercial retail space in Orange Park, FL for an Armed Forces Career Center. It includes a Privacy Act statement indicating that completion is required under 40 USCA Section 49(h)(1) for GSA real property leases, and while disclosure is voluntary, failure to complete the form will prevent the lease from being finalized.
