About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity D-26-CP-0020. The document addresses four key inquiries regarding the scope of work for an exhibit project, with government responses clarifying vendor responsibilities and project parameters.

The government confirmed that text and images will be provided by the government rather than developed by the vendor. Graphic design of labels is not required as a deliverable. The existing infrastructure for the exhibit is already in place, limiting the physical design work needed. The vendor's primary responsibilities include creating mounts and glass covers for artifact displays, with covers to be attached to existing infrastructure using vendor-supplied safety screws. No amendments to the solicitation were required for any of these clarifications.
