The document details a sole source acquisition for the Callyo System communication equipment by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), with a total estimated amount of $44,088.00 and a performance period from 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026. The acquisition is for a recurring requirement, specifically the Callyo Law Enforcement Server option, which has been previously tested and approved by DEA headquarters and vetted by multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The Contracting Officer has determined that only one source (Callyo 2009 Corporation) is reasonably available to supply the required services, and the procurement will follow FAR guidelines for sole source acquisitions.
