D2 - Electrical Panel Pictures First Floor.pdf

The file contains electrical panel photographs documenting the first-floor electrical panels at the Government Publishing Office (GPO) headquarters in Washington, DC. The images catalog six specific electrical panels located in various shafts on the first floor, including panels L-1-1, M-1-1, C-L-1-4, PB-1-34-1, C-L-1-5, C-M-1-5, C-M-1-3, and C-L-1-6. These photographs are part of Solicitation Number 040ADV-25-R-0024 for an electrical panels upgrade project, which requires a design-build contractor to repair and replace existing electrical infrastructure across the basement, first, and second floors of Building C. The project will involve developing a comprehensive plan for panel removal and replacement that meets national design and construction standards, with distinct design, demolition, and construction phases.
