CMS Mandatory Requirements Matrix
Each Quoter must complete Attachment 2 to be considered for this requirement. Failure to complete the Attached matrix will result in a technically unacceptable submission and rejection of the proposal. Thus, no further evaluation of the Quoter’s submission will be conducted.
The following table lists the mandatory system requirements for the CMS, Please complete the column titled Contractor Certification with either a Y (yes) or N (no) if the proposed solution meets the stated system requirement. Note that this Matrix describes the mandatory CMS requirements which all must be met for the proposal to be considered for award. A response of N to any of the items below will result in removal of the proposal from consideration.
Note that altering the Matrix to include additional information outside of the Y or N response for each item is not acceptable. Only the response Y or N to each of the items in the Matrix will be considered.

1. The software shall have a Calendaring Module which will contain calendar events and Tasks which will include the following fields; Start Date, End Date, and duration fields and associate them with a matter
