Solicitation No. D15PS00295 – Amendment 014 Questions and Answers
Question #: 409
RFP Section Reference: Section L.3, Proposal Format and Submission Instructions, 3 rd
Paragraph
Question:
The Government has issued an amendment to the RFP to clarify the offerors’ ability to use 11x17 foldouts in proposal submissions. The Amendment indicates additional 11x17 foldouts are permitted for the submission of maps and required Section J spreadsheets pertaining to network statistics, which may use 11” x 17” size paper.
Would the government please allow proposals to include additional 11 x 17 foldouts within the
Technical and Business management volumes to present larger graphics? We understand that each 11 x 17 foldout for this purpose would count as two 8 x 11 pages.
We believe this will provide offerors the ability to include comprehensive graphics to make proposals easier to understand and evaluate with lower pagecount.
Answer:
Yes, if needed to improve readability, Offerors may use 11” x 17” foldouts for larger graphics submitted within Volume I – Business Management and Volume II – Technical. Each 11” x 17” foldout will be counted as two pages, with the exception of the submission of maps and required Section J spreadsheets pertaining to network statistics, which are excluded from the page count.

Bullet
Section L.2.5 specifies acceptable file formats of Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word, with the exception of

Integrated Master Schedule within the Business Management Volume, and provide the detailed schedule as a Microsoft Project (.MPP) file as part of the electronic submission?
