The RFQ incorporates standard FAR and DFARS clauses covering representations and certifications, small business limitations on subcontracting, payment instructions via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), and various compliance requirements including Buy American provisions, trade agreements, and prohibitions on certain foreign equipment and services.
