Past Performance

Evaluation: The Government intends to make one aggregate award resulting from the RFQ but reserves the right to make multiple awards without discussions or interchanges. The Government will make an award based on the following: In accordance with FAR 12.203(c) procedures to ensure the quotations and offers are evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion.

Technical: Quotes meeting all specifications outlined in this solicitation will be deemed technically capable.

Price Reasonableness: Will be conducted in accordance with FAR RFO 12.204(a). The total quoted price, to include shipping costs, will be used in the price evaluation.

Past Performance: Evaluation will use procedures outlined in DFARS 204.7603 and described in provision 252.204-7024, incorporated herein.
