About this file

This document outlines COVID-19 safety protocols for federal contractors working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Contractors must ensure all employees working in or traveling to VA locations are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a negative test result from the previous three days. Acceptable proof of vaccination or test results must be maintained by the contractor but will not be collected by the VA. Contractor employees are also subject to daily COVID-19 screening at VA facilities, including temperature checks and questions from the VA's COVID-19 screening tool. Contractors must notify their contracting officer if contract performance is impacted by any employee being denied entry to a VA location after screening. These supplemental requirements apply to Solicitation Number 36C26222R0068 for window cleaning and building services at VA facilities in Veterans Integrated Service Network 22. Contractors must comply with the COVID-19 protocols outlined in this document to be considered for this opportunity.
