About this file

This is an FBI Request for Information (RFI) template seeking market research information from potential providers of cyber training services for the FBI's Cyber Division (CyD), Cyber Education and Training Unit (CETU). The CETU provides training to law enforcement personnel conducting computer intrusion investigations, combining internal FBI courses with external contractor classes to train FBI Employees and Federally deputized Task Force Officers.

Respondents must provide their company name, business size, evidence of technical capabilities and experience, GSA Schedule status, and other basic company information including DUNS, CAGE code, and facility clearance if applicable. The RFI specifically instructs respondents not to submit proposals, offers, past performance information, or general corporate experience. While both small and large businesses may respond, this is strictly for market research purposes with no commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The FBI emphasizes that responses should be succinct and focused on addressing the specific cyber training requirements, with potential suggestions for innovative approaches that could result in cost savings.
