About this file
This document is a delivery location specification sheet for the Fontana Unified School District's custodial supplies and equipment procurement. The District, a K-12 public school system serving approximately 32,000 students across 45 school sites in San Bernardino County, California, has identified specific drop-off locations for custodial supply deliveries across its elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and alternate program facilities. The bid submission deadline is 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, through the District's Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/fusd under Bid No. 26/27-0004. The document provides detailed site addresses and specific custodial closet or storage locations for 29 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 5 high schools, and 5 alternate program locations, including the District Office, Adult Education, Maintenance & Operations, and the Custodial Department Warehouse, with delivery instructions ranging from interior Multi-Purpose Room closets to external storage containers and designated warehouse loading docks.
The file establishes comprehensive geographic and logistical requirements for supply delivery across all District facilities, ensuring vendors understand precise drop-off procedures and locations to facilitate efficient inventory management. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, or contract term specifications are provided in this delivery location document, which functions primarily as an exhibit defining operational logistics for successful bid execution and contract performance.
