About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment No. 3 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office, involving Disability Rights Arizona (ACDL) and the Arizona Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ACDHH). The amendment modifies a Master Service Agreement originally signed on May 31, 2023, with previous amendments extending the contract term to June 25, 2025, and June 24, 2026.
The amendment focuses on modifying Section 3.2.8 of the Scope of Work, specifically addressing the parameters of advocacy services. The key modification removes the previous limitation of 625 contract hours per year while maintaining that ACDHH cannot direct or approve ACDL litigation or client representation. ACDL will continue to represent clients per the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, even if funds are expended before the contract period ends or funds are not renewed. All other contract requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions remain unchanged from the original agreement.
