Correction - RFP Questions and Answers for Request for Proposals for Electronic Card Processing Services RFP #ECP-03092023 additional questions:

Q-41. To ensure proposals are priced appropriately and evaluated uniformly, please clarify the term “dedicated resource”. Is it the State’s intention that Key Personnel are dedicated to the State of Maryland only and do not support other projects?

A-41. The State’s intention is to have specific personnel dedicated to this contract. Whether same personnel work on other projects should be determined by the offeror but should ensure that the State’s needs are being met with the personnel that are identified.

Q-42. As this is a zero-cost contract to the State, please confirm that “contract value” is zero?

A-42. This is not a zero-cost contract to the State. See Appendix A – Price Proposal Form.

Per Q-12 and Q-13, the State will accept pdf information imbedded in a Word Document for submission.
