About this file

This Notice of Funding Opportunity Amendment corrects information around subaward eligibility for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants Program: Implementation Grants Competition for Tribes and Territories. The Environmental Protection Agency strikes a sentence prohibiting for-profit subawards and clarifies that its Award Official must approve any subawards to for-profit entities or individuals, either through a precise description in the approved budget and narrative or on a transactional basis. Eligible applicants are able to receive implementation grants on a competitive basis under the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants program (Assistance Listing Number 66.046), administered by the Environmental Protection Agency, with amendments to subaward policies as detailed.
