About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous procurement notice (CPO Notice 2022.05) from the Illinois Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing regarding COVID-19 protection requirements for state contractors. The amendment updates the notice to reflect recent Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 that supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20 and extend the date that certain contractors must become vaccinated. The notice requires all state agencies to include the updated COVID-19 protection clause in their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on BidBuy. The clause mandates contractors adhere to the vaccination, testing, and masking requirements outlined in the Executive Orders.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Armored Car Services for the Illinois Department of Revenue's Chicago Office in FY24. The contract will be awarded to serve Cook County and the City of Chicago. No other details about the procurement, such as quantities, response dates, award dates, or contract term, are provided in the document.
