About this file

This document outlines COVID-19 protection requirements for contractors working on state and local government projects in Illinois. Pursuant to Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 issued by Governor J.B. Pritzker, contractors must adhere to face covering, vaccination, and COVID-19 testing mandates when working in certain public facilities, including indoor public places, healthcare facilities, schools, institutions of higher education, and state-owned congregate facilities. The agency overseeing the contract may also implement additional vaccination or testing requirements beyond those outlined in the Executive Orders.

The document does not provide details on a specific contract opportunity, but rather outlines the COVID-19 protocols that must be followed by all contractors performing work for the state and local government in Illinois. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other typical contract details are not included, as this is not a solicitation document but rather a policy directive related to COVID-19 precautions.
