About this file

This document describes COVID-19 protection requirements for contractors working with the state of Illinois. Governor J.B. Pritzker has issued Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 that mandate certain contractors use face coverings, have COVID-19 vaccinations, or undergo COVID-19 testing when working in indoor public places, healthcare facilities, schools, institutions of higher education, and state-owned congregate facilities. The agency contracting the work may also implement additional vaccination or testing requirements beyond those in the Executive Orders. Vendors must adhere to these COVID-19 protection requirements as applied by the contracting agency.

The document does not provide details on a specific contract opportunity, but rather outlines the COVID-19 protocols that would apply to contractors working on any state or local contracts in Illinois. There are no details on the types of products or services being procured, response dates, award information, or contract term.
