Solicitation #: 75R60223R00012
Dear Solicitors:
You are invited to submit a quotation in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75R60223R00012 entitled, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Honor Awards Ceremony. It is a tribute to those individuals honored and to all HRSA, for it is the support of the many that enables the Agency to succeed. Every Bureau and Office brings to the Agency a wealth of knowledge and experience that, galvanized by creativity and perseverance, shapes a key that opens doors long closed to our Nation’s poor and medically underserved. To successfully prepare and carry out the requirements needed for this annual event, a contractor with a facility large enough for our event is needed. HRSA reserves time each year to recognize and applaud exceptional achievements. These services are considered severable.
This RFQ is a total small business set-aside. The period of performance will be one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The anticipated award resulting from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R706 – Support – Management: Logistics Support Services.
Questions or issues for which you require clarification or correction by the Government shall be submitted via email to Shawn Horton at shorton@hrsa.gov. In order to allow a reply to be provided in a timely manner before submission of proposal, your questions shall be received no later Thursday, March 30, 2023, by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on. Questions received after the due date and time for questions will not be considered. No exceptions.
One (1) original quotation shall be submitted via email to Shawn Horton at shorton@hrsa.gov in accordance with the Instructions to Offeror (See Attachment B – Instructions to Offeror and Evaluation Criteria) no later than Tuesday, April 4, 2023, by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. In the rare event of an e-mail malfunction or undeliverable status from Shawn Horton at shorton@hrsa.gov, Offeror shall immediately notify the Contract Specialist via telephone call prior to the due date and time for submission of proposal.
Failure to do so will automatically deem an Offerors proposal late. Failure to submit a complete proposal prior to the due date and time of proposals will render the proposal late.
Quotes must provide a contact name and telephone number, your company name and complete address, including street, city, county, state, zip code, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and Unique entity identifier (UEI) Number. The TIN must match the name of the vendor to whom payments would be made. Also note that 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) requires any prospective awardee to have a UEI Number and be registered in the SAM database prior to award resulting from this solicitation.
