The County may require the Contractor to suspend, re-sequence, or perform certain activities during nights, weekends, holidays, recesses, or other periods necessary to avoid interference with court operations. No additional compensation shall be due for normal coordination required by this section unless expressly authorized by Change

The Contractor shall provide temporary weather protection whenever an opening is exposed or the permanent system is not fully installed and sealed.
No exterior opening shall be left unsecured or inadequately protected at the end of a work period. Temporary protection shall be capable of resisting expected wind-driven rain and shall prevent water intrusion into the building.
The Contractor shall immediately notify the County of any water intrusion or damage and shall take emergency measures necessary to protect the building and its contents.
7. WORK HOURS

At the end of each workday, the Contractor shall secure the work area, remove loose debris and hazardous materials, restore required access routes, verify temporary weather protection, and leave occupied areas in a clean and safe condition. Any opening that remains incomplete shall be securely protected before the Contractor leaves the site.
