About this file
This document is a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for a sole source award to CoStar Realty Information, Inc. for access to its comprehensive, verified database of commercial real estate information.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires access to this database to support its Federal Security Broker (FSB) and Domestic Leasing Branch (DLB) offices in verifying commercial real estate information, identifying potential lessors, and determining lease rates. The database must provide national and regional-level data, including availability, square footage, rates, and regularly-updated information. CoStar is the only vendor able to meet all these requirements. Market research found no other viable alternatives. The contracting officer expects to obtain fair and reasonable pricing based on historical data and commercial rates. The total contract value is $811,351 for a 5-year period of performance from 5/1/2024 to 4/30/2029.
