About this file
This document is a Cost Proposal Format for Process of Service issued by Solano County, covering multiple California counties including Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Yolo. The cost proposal form is designed for proposers to submit pricing for various service types, including Completed Service, Not Found/Bad Address, RUSH Service, and Locate Service across different geographic areas. The proposal requires proposers to detail their exact cost amounts for the entire contract period, with costs inclusive of postage, preparation, mailing fees, and fuel costs. The proposed cost and technical proposal must remain valid for at least 120 days following the Cost Proposal opening.
The document indicates that Solano County reserves the right to award contracts to multiple proposers if deemed in the county's best interest, and proposers may bid on one or more counties or locations. The cost proposal must be completed precisely, with no additional text that could be interpreted as a qualification of the proposed cost. Failure to specify the Cost Proposal as required may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and rejected. The total cost will be evaluated according to Section 4 of the related Request for Proposal (RFP), and proposers are required to sign and date the document when submitting their cost proposal.
