About this file

This is a Cost Proposal Exhibit B form for UW-Milwaukee's TV Broadcasting and Production contract opportunity in Wisconsin. The contract involves the production, recording, and live broadcasting of UW-Milwaukee Panthers Men's and Women's Basketball games and Coaches Shows on a dedicated sports channel in the Milwaukee television market. Bidders must provide all equipment, personnel, production elements, graphics, music, clearance, market coverage, copyrights, advertiser affidavits, and transmission services. The cost proposal requires pricing for individual services across varying quantities: Airing of Men's Basketball Games, Airing of Women's Basketball Games, Men's Coach's Show (60 minutes), and Women's Coach's Show (60 minutes), with separate price columns for the first through eleventh service occurrences. UWM reserves the right to purchase similar or like services during the contract term at the same pricing, discounts, or pricing basis provided in the bid response.

Bidders must complete all orange cells in the spreadsheet with no modifications to the form structure, entering prices for one service unit based on the quantities listed. Optional preferred services include Baseball Games, Volleyball Games, and Soccer Games, each with a baseline price of $1.00. Bidders must explain their pricing methodology for other sporting events and provide a pricing basis for additional items, such as percentage discounts off list price or reference to attached price lists. Any costs not explicitly listed in Exhibit B will not be allowed. The form includes column totals for each quantity level and an extended total price calculation to determine the overall contract value based on the submitted pricing structure.
