About this file

This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Cisco WebEx contract opportunity CORHQ-26-Q-0369 with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

The RFQ solicits Cisco WebEx subscriptions with a base period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and two option periods (January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028, and January 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029). The FDIC will accept current Cisco SKUs or upgrade SKUs with equivalent quantities, coverage, and performance periods. A Subscription ID correction was made from Sub200991 to Sub200990. The FDIC accepts three-year pricing paid annually rather than traditional base-plus-options structures. Vendors must submit quotes with the exact Subscription IDs and Period of Performance dates as requested in the RFQ, though quotes may be obtained as early as mid-November 2026 for renewals. Two existing subscriptions (Sub200990 expiring February 13, 2027, and Sub218740 expiring February 4, 2027) are currently active and will be renewed through the awarded partner. Regarding conflicting SKUs A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB and A-AUD-F-AU-BCCB, vendors must quote both items as they exist on separate current contracts; resellers can provide quotes for both without conflict. All technical limitations cited by Cisco are internal tooling issues and do not prevent partners from submitting bids with the requested specifications.

Questions for Clarification

Cisco WebEx CORHQ-26-Q-0369

1. Could you please confirm whether the FDIC will accept Cisco’s current successor renewal SKUs if Cisco confirms that any of the exact SKUs listed in the RFQ are no longer orderable, provided the subscriptions, quantities, coverage, and performance periods remain the same?

Yes, FDIC will accept the current Cisco SKU or the upgrade SKU with the same quantities, coverage and period of performance.

2. The Cisco team advised that:

• Cisco cannot currently quote the requested 1/1/27–12/31/27 PoP dates, as their system only allows a start date through December 15, 2026.

• Cisco cannot quote the option years, as Cisco cannot guarantee pricing for Years 2 and 3 or select those PoP dates.

FDIC RESPONSE: Cisco confirmed that they will be able to quote it and option years are allowed. The requested Period of Performance date is:

Base Period: 1/1/2027 – 12/31/2027;

Option Period 1: 1/1/2028 – 12/31/2028;

Option Period 2: 1/1/2029 – 12/31/2029

3. We believe the Subscription ID “Sub200991” should be Sub200990 to align with the other two corresponding lines. Please note that Sub200991 is not an FDIC subscription.

FDIC RESPONSE: This is correct. The Subscription ID should be Sub200990. The Price Schedule will be updated and will correct this error.

4. Cisco provides a 1 year option and a 3 year option. Would FDIC consider the 3 year option paid annually? FDIC RESPONSE: Yes

5. For Cisco renewals, it is too early to create quotes for the ones expiring in Feb. We can only quote less than 90 days out.

FDIC RESPONSE: Cisco confirmed with the FDIC that they can provide quotes now. Also, this requirement begins 1/1/2027 and not in February.

6. Cisco is unable to quote the PoP dates on the RFQ since it's too far out. The furthest they can push it out is 12/8/26. Would that be acceptable? FDIC RESPONSE: Yes, but that should not change the POP.

7. Cisco will not guarantee any multiyear pricing unless purchased up front. We can either provide a 12 month quote or a 36 month quote, but not a base plus options; how would you like us to respond? FDIC RESPONSE: The FDIC can accept 36 months with annual payment.

8. We were advised that the requested PoP dates cannot be selected until October 4, 2026. Also, both existing subscriptions are currently active:

Sub200990 – expires February 13, 2027 Sub218740 – expires February 4, 2027 Actual renewal pricing cannot be provided until approximately mid-November 2026.

Alternatively, new subscriptions can be created now, but this would result in both the existing and new subscriptions running simultaneously, and the environment would need to be reprovisioned.

CISCO RESPONSE: All of the above information would only impact our Cisco internal tooling.

Any partner is able to quote the items requested in your RFP/RFQ with the PoP requested.

Once awarded or at time of renewal, Cisco can work to renew the subscriptions with the FDIC partner chosen to keep the current Cisco subscription information the same. Please submit the with the Subscription ID and POP date requested in the RFQ.

9. Two of the items, A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB and A-AUD-F-AU-BCCB, are in conflict when it comes to getting a quote. Cisco has indicated that the requested Webex solution must be licensed either as Named User (NU) or Active User (AU), but not both simultaneously. Since the required configuration is built on an Active User (AU) licensing structure, the corresponding audio component is A-AUD-F-AU-BCCB. The separate A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB SKU cannot be quoted in the same configuration because the Active User licensing model defaults to A-AUD-F-AU-BCCB.

How should we proceed with this RFQ given the limitation on quoting the A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB part. Would it be possible to submit a bid without quoting the A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB part?

CISCO RESPONSE: Currently both A-AUD-F-NU-BCCB and A-AUD-F-AU-BCCB are being utilized on separate subscriptions/contracts. If FDIC is requesting both to be renewed, then they would continue to be renewed on their contracts and would pose no issues to any reseller trying to provide quotes for them. Please submit the with the Part Number as requested in the

RFQ.
