About this file
Attachment M-1 is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Methodology document for a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) solicitation to procure Trellix (FireEye) NX-IPS devices for the Dallas Texas data center. The evaluation methodology specifies that FDIC will award the contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer based on two minimum technical requirements: (1) the offeror must provide all items with matching Part Numbers in Section B - Price Schedule, and (2) the offeror must be an authorized Trellix reseller/partner.
Proposals will be evaluated as either "acceptable" or "unacceptable", with no additional credit for exceeding minimum requirements. The lowest-priced offeror will be required to provide proof of Trellix reseller/partner status. This solicitation (CORHQ-25-Q-0076) has been amended multiple times, with the most recent amendment changing the evaluation method to LPTA and extending the proposal due date to July 21, 2025. Offerors must submit all required documentation, including software license, maintenance, and support agreements, to Christina V. Brooks via email by the specified deadline.
