About this file
This is an amendment with questions and answers for solicitation CORHQ-24-Q-0555 issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for SUMO Scheduler software subscription renewal. The amendment extends the RFQ due date from January 31, 2025 to February 10, 2025 at 1 p.m.
The Q&A clarifies several key points: this is a renewal of an existing software subscription with fixed quantities; no custom integrations are anticipated; there is no limit on authenticated community users; support will be provided by the OEM according to SLAs outlined in the RFQ; technical acceptability will be based on incorporation of all items in Section B Price Schedule; and this will be a single award. The pricing must be submitted using either the Section B Price Schedule in the solicitation or the Excel file attached to the SAM.gov posting. Security requirements are defined in Clauses 7.4.2-01 and 7.4.2-02, and payment follows the Prompt Payment Act guidelines.
