Attachment B-1 Price Schedule
Instructions: The Price Schedule consists of five parts. Offerors are to complete all parts of the price schedule in excel format. Incomplete price schedules may not be evaluated or considered for award.
Price Schedule Part 1 – FDIC Core Items List The Price Schedule Part 1 – FDIC Core Items List consists of commonly ordered items. For each item on the list, the offeror must enter the following:
Proposed Manufacturer – Enter the manufacturer name of the product (i.e. must be essentially the same product).
TAA Compliance – Enter “Y” if the item offered is TAA compliant and “N” if the item offered is not TAA compliant.
AbilityOne Product – Enter “Y” if the item offered is AbilityOne and “N” if the item is not Ability One.
Base Period Price – Enter the price offered for the base period.
Extension – Enter the result of the estimated annual quantity multiplied by base period price.
Price Schedule Part 2 – Calculation of Total 5-Year FDIC Core Items Price The Price Schedule Part 2 – Calculation of Total 5-Year FDIC Core Items Price will equal the offeror’s total 5-year price for FDIC Core Items. Base Year 2, and Option Years 1, 2, and 3 amounts are calculated by application of an escalation factor to the previous year’s price. Enter the previous year’s price, enter the escalation factor, and enter the result of those numbers. Enter the total of all four years on line 27.
Price Schedule Part 3 – Discount on Non-Core Items The Price Schedule Part 3 – Discount on Non-Core Items will determine the offeror discount off of their catalog or online pricing. Firm must indicate whether discount is off their catalog or online pricing. The discount percentage shall remain fixed over the life of the contract. Enter the discount percentage offered for each contract year. Apply the discount percentage to the estimated purchases to determine the estimated price for each year. Compute the Total 5-Year Non-Core Items Price by summing the yearly prices.
Price Schedule Part 4 – AbilityOne AbilityOne: These items are priced to the FDIC at a percentage markup over the AbilityOne committee prices. The markup percentage shall remain fixed over the life of the contract. Prices shall only change with changes in the AbilityOne committee prices. The FDIC’s AbilityOne pricing will be the committee price plus the offeror’s markup. The aggregate FDIC cost of these AbilityOne items is the sum of the expected annual demand multiplied by the marked-up prices.
Price Schedule Part 5 – Total Evaluated Price The Price Schedule Part 5 – Total Overall Evaluated Price will be the price used in the evaluation of the offeror. Enter the Total 5-Year FDIC Core Items price, the Total 5-Year Non-Core Items price and the Total 5-Year AbilityOne price. Sum the totals to arrive at the total Overall Evaluated Price.
