About this file

This is a seed bid document for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Mason Nursery Tree Seed contract for Fiscal Year 2027. The document outlines procurement requirements for tree seeds to be supplied to the Mason Nursery facility. The bid submission includes detailed specifications for various seed types and quantities required for the nursery's operational needs. The contract encompasses multiple seed varieties with specific quantity requirements listed for each item. The document serves as a pricing and availability quote template for potential bidders to complete and submit for consideration in the competitive bidding process.

The seed bid document establishes the pricing framework and terms under which suppliers must quote their products for IDNR's Mason Nursery operations. Bidders are required to provide unit pricing for each seed variety and quantity specified in the spreadsheet format provided. The document functions as a standardized bid response mechanism to ensure consistent pricing information and product availability data across all potential vendors competing for the contract award.
