About this file

This is an hourly fee schedule attachment for the City of Raleigh's Citywide Standby Emergency Debris Monitoring Services contract. The document establishes the compensation structure for qualified firms providing monitoring and documentation services during emergency debris removal operations following hurricanes, severe storms, floods, tornadoes, and other disaster events. The schedule outlines hourly rates for various professional classifications and service categories required to support the City's debris management operations and FEMA reimbursement documentation requirements.

The hourly fee schedule contains rate tables for different job classifications and service types, including labor costs for monitoring personnel, supervisory staff, and administrative support positions. The rates are structured to accommodate various skill levels and experience requirements necessary for effective debris removal oversight and documentation. These fees serve as the basis for contractor compensation during contract activation periods and are designed to ensure adequate staffing and professional expertise for managing citywide debris operations while maintaining accurate records for emergency management and federal disaster assistance claims.
