About this file

The District is seeking bids for various copy machines to be placed in different locations within the District, including the Administrative office, high school office, middle school office, counseling office, high school/middle school library, central lounge, Linwood location, and Advancement Academy. The RFP specifies the approximate monthly page volumes, tray sizes, and color/black and white requirements for each location. The District will accept bids for outright purchase or a lease not to exceed three years. Bids must include service/support costs, supplies costs, and any fees charged to remove old units and set up new units. Bidders must also provide the price per copy, pages per minute, and any overage costs for each machine. Additionally, the District requires that all devices have the ability to perform various functions, such as scanning to email, high-quality scanning, printing on envelopes, color scanning, finishing services, network printing, and secured printing.
The RFP states that the District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and that the selected vendor must keep the premises free from waste materials and remove all work-related rubbish. Bidders must submit proof of non-Iranian business and comply with the District's no-smoking policy. The District will consider partial bids, and the right to increase or decrease quantities or modify the specifications is reserved.
