About this file
These documents are six individual heavy and general equipment rental contracts between the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and various contractors, all under Request for Bid/Proposal No. 24-417-38. The contracts are executed with United Rentals (North America) Inc. (Contract No. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-01), two separate contracts with companies whose signatures are partially illegible (Contract Nos. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-02), Brooks Tractor Inc. (Contract No. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-03), Aring Equipment Co. Inc. (Contract No. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-04), Fabick Cat (Contract No. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-05), and Herc Rentals Inc. (Contract No. 370008-O 24-C438-FL1959-06).
Each contract establishes a one-year term with four optional renewal periods for heavy and general equipment rental services. The contracts require contractors to supply equipment rental services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the original request for bid/proposal and accepted bid submissions, which are incorporated as part of each contract. All contracts include provisions for affirmative action plans for contracts estimated over $50,000, with contractors having fewer than 50 employees being exempt from this requirement. The documents do not specify pricing terms, contract values, or detailed service specifications, as these appear to be referenced in the incorporated bid documents and attachments not included in these contract signature pages.
