About this file

This is a Contractor Information Sheet related to a Department of State Sources Sought Notice for Worldwide Value Engineering and Risk Management Services. The document supports a market research initiative by the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) to identify qualified firms capable of providing value engineering and risk management services under NAICS code 541330.

The Department of State is seeking to establish multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with licensed professional firms to deliver comprehensive value engineering services of an architectural or engineering nature. Required services include value engineering cost proposal evaluation, risk analysis and advisory support, meeting facilitation, independent cost reviews, technical peer reviews, and project scope of work development. This is a pre-solicitation/sources sought notice for information and market research purposes only; responses do not constitute an obligation on the part of the government, will not result in contract awards, and will not be reimbursed. The government reserves the right to contact vendors for additional information. Participation in this sources sought process does not preclude vendors from responding to any future formal solicitation related to these services.
