About this file

This document is a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify the access needs of a potential contractor's employees so the FAA can determine the appropriate investigation requirements and badging needs in the event of a contract award.

The questionnaire requests information about the estimated number of employees (full-time, part-time, and subcontractor personnel) anticipated to support the contract, as well as details on the labor categories, access requirements to FAA facilities and systems, and the need for access to FAA Sensitive Unclassified Information. The responses to this questionnaire will help the FAA determine the appropriate security clearance and badging requirements for the contractor's personnel.
